HeliumDeploy warrants all lottery miners against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery.
What is covered: Manufacturing defects, hardware failures, and component malfunctions under normal operating conditions.
What is NOT covered:
- Physical damage, drops, or mishandling
- Water or liquid damage
- Damage resulting from use of an incompatible or improper power supply
- Modifications or unauthorized repairs
- Normal wear and tear
- Issues caused by overclocking beyond supported settings
