At HeliumDeploy, we offer a 30-day return window for all electronics and hardware to ensure you have the best possible experience with your deployment. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your HeliumDeploy account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Hardware

  Carefully pack the electronics in their original box, ensuring all antennas, power adapters, and cables are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
